1. Huntington Wrestling: Islip travels to Huntington to face the Blue Devils in wresting action Wednesday. The match begins at 6:15 p.m. Free admission.

2. Town Planning Board: The Town of Huntington Planning Board meets for the first time in 2012 at Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. Agenda

3. David Finch at the Book Revue: Author David Finch sign his new book, "The Journal of Best Practices: A Memoir of Marriage, Asperger Syndrome, and One Man's Quest to Be a Better Husband" at the at 7 p.m.

4. Back to School: Huntington schools are now back in session for a busy stretch of the year. After no school Monday, students will again be off Jan. 16 for Martin Luther King's birthday. The Huntington School Board meets Jan. 9 at 7:30 p.m. at Jack Abrams Intermediate School. The South Huntington School Board meets again Jan. 11 at Stimson Middle School.

5. Vote: We've recieved more than 1100 votes for our story which was featured on WRHU FM88.7 Tuesday. Long Island Food Not Bombs Executive Director Jon Stepanian and South Huntington School Board Trustee and community volunteer Ed Nitkewicz are in a heated race to the top spot.
