3. Buddy's Gift At The Conkin Farmhouse: Comic Jack Simmons one man show about his fathers death and the families experiences with afterlife communication. Buddy's Gift is funny, mystical a bit spooky and endearing. The story of a father who kept on loving his family even after he died. Showtime 7:30 p.m. Tickets $20.

4. Town Inauguration Ceremony: members Susan Berland and Eugene Cook, Town Clerk Jo-Ann Raia and Receiver of Taxes Ester Bivona, each victorious in the November election, will take oaths of office at Harborfields High School at 1 p.m. Sunday. Special guest speaker will be Rep. Steve Israel, D-Syosset.

5. Roger Rosenblatt at the Book Revue: Author Roger Rosenblatt will speak and sign his book, "Kayak Morning: Reflections on Love, Grief, and Small Boats," at the Saturday at 7 p.m. Admission is free.
