Suffolk County Legislator William R. Spencer (D-Huntington) attended a mass hiring event for the new Huntington Target at Walt Whitman High School Saturday, August 17th. The event was successful however, Target is not done yet! They are still looking to hire over 100 employees for the new location that is schedule to open in the fall. Positions:

Team Leaders (Hourly Department Managers)

·      Lead teams that provide excellent service to Target guests, both face to face and by supporting sales floor teams

·      Help to keep the Target brand experience consistent, positive and welcoming for guests

·      Hire, supervise, and train team members to achieve Target sales, service, and presentation goals

Team Members:

·      Deliver fast, fun, and friendly service to Target guests

·      Help keep the Target brand experience consistent, positive, and welcoming

·      Make a difference by responding quickly and responsively to guest and team member needs
