The book discusses how exercising your creativity on a daily basis can help you think more creatively, make tough decisions, navigate life's many transitions, and be more innovative in what you do on the day to day.  Barbara's methods are ideal for anyone who might be struggling to embrace change, jumpstart a new life, or take a new direction such as new grads, job seekers, business executives in a slump, the newly retired, or empty nesters.

A key member of the New York City community, Barbara Diane Barry teaches in public art residences throughout the five boroughs for the educational outreach program at Symphony Space in Manhattan.  She has also taught various art courses and coordinated various art programs at South Street Seaport Museum, Discovery Programs Inc., Bard Graduate School, Cold Spring Harbor Whaling Museum on Long Island, Museum of the City of New York, Columbia's Teachers College, and the C.G. Jung Foundation of New York, among others.  Born in Rockville Center, she now lives in Huntington Station.
