Mr. Laird’s approach in many of his paintings is the use of the grid. He blends artistic elements and neon colors into unique creations that provide a glimpse of nostalgia evoking happier and simpilier times. Often Mr. Laird’s paintings show us imagery analogies relating to contemporary life.
