More About Walt Whitman High School
Located in Huntington Station, Walt Whitman High School is a public school for students in grades nine through 12. The school offers a traditional and contemporary curriculum, including English, mathematics, science, social studies, health, art, music and elective courses such as technology, business, world languages and more. Walt Whitman High School, named after the famous American poet and Long Island native, also offers an extensive list of academic clubs, sports and extracurricular activities.
