Walt Whitman High School MainStage comedy will present the play "Down In Front" this week.
Performances run Friday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Whitman Performing Arts Center. Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for students and seniors.
The two-act comedy is set in the lobby of an old theater which is about to be shut down by the fire marshals, but the ushers and managers who work there will have nothing of the sort and conspire to make all right for the inspectors.
