Deer Rescued From Soccer Net

Lloyd Harbor and Suffolk police free a deer caught Wednesday in a soccer net.

Lloyd Harbor and Suffolk police freed a deer caught Wednesday in a soccer net. Suffolk officers shot the deer with a tranquilizer gun to free it from the net.

According to Lloyd Harbor Police the animal was probably there all night.

They cut the deer free and let it go back into the woods after it recovered from the drugs.
